And we don’t believe in ourselves.

Self-worth is important

Our self-worth can be negatively impacted on without us even realising, leading to low self-esteem, self-doubt and confusion around how we feel about ourselves and the people around us.

 

In our everyday interactions, we can find it difficult to trust and believe in ourselves, to accomplish all that we want to do.

Positive self-esteem is about feeling and knowing your own worthiness, believing in your own self, knowing your value and liking yourself without any doubt. Self-esteem is important because it helps to develop a positive attitude that motivates you to achieve your desires and goals throughout your life. It’s about being able to say “no” when you need to, being able to stand up for yourself, being able to accept everything about yourself as you are, and finally being totally proud of you.

You were created to be who you are meant to be, a unique person with a healthy positive self-esteem.
